As a Senior Test Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing a unified testing methodology for the entire delivery organization, selecting tools for test automation, supporting the work of testers on various projects, ensuring quality assurance in the management of testing tasks, and continuously improving the entire field.

We're counting on you in the following tasks:

  • Coordinating and administering testing tasks related to our corporate development projects, ensuring audit readiness
  • Developing quality assurance processes
  • Providing professional, methodological, and practical support to testers
  • Selecting and continuously improving test automation tools
  • Defining the testing scope based on business and IT specifications 
  • Developing a testing plan
  • Lead testing, executing defect management and defect review processes
  • Performing tester tasks in implementation projects
  • Preparing testing reports
  • Keeping internal professional knowledge materials up-to-date
  • Continuous collaborating with development teams

To apply for this position you will need:

  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (IT/engineering)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in testing (as a tester, test engineer, or test manager) within a corporate environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in test management or test coordination
  • At least 3 years of experience in test automation
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of test management tools
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team player mindset

It is an advantage in the selection process:

  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience in a bank or insurance company
