We are waiting for you to carry out corporate solutions and operate created applications. You will work in a cross-functional team. Your tasks will be supporting the client in remodelling the work proccess, furthermore you will support the team in the definition of business needs. You have to support testing and recording the business demands.
Tasks:
- Supporting business field at client side
- Analyzing costumer’s needs, documentation
- Prepare and making acceptance of functional specification
- Supporting software engineers during implementation
- Prepare testing, making test documentation
- Taking part in testing, supporting UAT
- Managing changes
- Contanting with other teams, clients, partners and suppliers
Requirements:
- At least ten year experience at business analysis in corporate enviroment
- University/college degree
- Experience in Bonitasoft or other BPMS
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken too)
- Professional humility
- Sharing knowledge, continuous learning

- Excellent analytical thinking and systems approach
- Excellent communications skills
Nice to have:
- Specialized university/college degree (IT/economics)
- Experience in bank or insurance field

Position Description
Assessing new needs for applications and services in an enterprise service-oriented environment and managing the overall development process after design, supporting the team — full project administration related to the above procedures.
Responsibilities
- Accurate assessment of customer needs
- Participate in the development of solution alternatives
- Providing pre-conditions before development starts
- During the development process, liaise with the participants (external and internal stakeholders)
- Planning, conducting, and coordinating tests, supporting the initialization, supporting and organizing the necessary migration
- Implement robust documentation and project reporting requirements
- Technical support for projects
- Reporting on the progress of projects
- Organizing and facilitating meetings, carrying out follow-up
- Full stakeholder management
- Project budget management
- Planning and monitoring project tasks, managing escalations
- Project risk analysis, development of action plans
- Effective management of project resources
- Participation in project methodology development
Expectations
- University degree (technical or business) or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and O365 applications
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager (IT project management, business analysis) in a mid/large enterprise/IT environment
- Professional experience in managing process improvement and IT projects
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Logical and structured thinking, flexibility, ability to work under pressure

- Good time management
Preference will be given to:
- PMP or other project management certification
- ITIL certification or in-depth knowledge
